By accessing and using Cloutly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform (as a brand or creator), you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Platform Use

Cloutly is a marketplace connecting content creators with brands. We facilitate connections, campaign management, and payments. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payments and Fees

Brands agree to fund campaigns upfront. Creators agree that payments are released upon successful completion and approval of campaign deliverables. Cloutly may charge service fees as disclosed on the Platform.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless a specific campaign agreement transfers ownership to the Brand. By using the Platform, you grant Cloutly a limited license to display your profile and portfolio content for promotional purposes.

7. Termination

Cloutly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
